How to connect
1Turn on Okendo's MCP server
In the Okendo admin, open Settings, then Integrations. Click the pencil next to Okendo under AI & MCP and turn on Enable MCP Server.
2Copy your MCP URL
Okendo shows your store's MCP URL once the server is on. Copy it.
3Connect Okendo MCP in StefanBrain
Open Connectors, find Okendo MCP, click Connect, and paste the URL. StefanBrain checks that Okendo's server answers for your store.
4Ask your first question
Try asking what shoppers say about your best seller, or which questions come up most on a product page.

- Okendo's MCP server needs the Okendo Reviews Growth plan.
- It surfaces published, storefront-visible reviews and Q&A only. Pending and rejected reviews stay out.
- To moderate or reply to reviews, or to work with customers and loyalty, connect Okendo API.

Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read through Okendo MCP?
Your published reviews, their rating totals and attributes, and published product questions and answers. Okendo's server decides which tools it offers.
Do I need an API key?
No. Okendo's MCP server needs no sign-in. Your store's MCP URL, or the User ID inside it, is all StefanBrain needs.
Can StefanBrain change anything in Okendo through it?
No. Okendo's MCP server only reads published reviews and Q&A. Moderation, replies, and loyalty need the Okendo API connector.
Why does connecting say Okendo found no MCP server?
Okendo's server answers only once Enable MCP Server is on for your store. Turn it on in Settings, then Integrations, and paste the URL again.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes the connection. Turning off Enable MCP Server in Okendo also stops every tool that uses your store's MCP URL.
