How to connect
1Find your API credentials in Loox
In the Loox admin, open Settings, then API Keys. Copy the Public Store ID at the top, then click Generate and copy the new API key.
2Open Connectors and choose Loox
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Loox, and click Connect.
3Paste both and connect
Paste the Public Store ID and the API key, then click Connect. StefanBrain checks them with Loox before it saves anything.
4Ask your first question
Try asking which products got the most 3-star reviews this month, or what shoppers say most about your best seller.
Good to know
- Loox shows a new API key only once, so copy it before you leave the page. A store can hold up to 5 keys.
- Loox's API only reads. Replies, publishing, and imports stay in the Loox admin.
- Every Loox tool reads without asking by default. Review answers leave out reviewers' emails, customer IDs, last names, and order IDs.
- Loox allows 120 API requests per minute per key. A long review export may pause for a minute when it hits that limit.

What can StefanBrain do with Loox?

Where do I find the Public Store ID and API key?
In the Loox admin under Settings, then API Keys. The Public Store ID shows at the top. Click Generate for a key, and copy it right away.
Which Loox plans include the API?
Loox offers its API on the Convert and Unlimited plans. If Loox refuses the key at connect, StefanBrain says the plan may be the reason.
Can StefanBrain reply to or hide Loox reviews?
No. Loox's API only reads reviews. Reply, publish, or unpublish in the Loox admin, and StefanBrain sees the change the next time it reads.
Do my Loox reviews show up on my StefanBrain products?
Yes. After you connect, StefanBrain copies your published reviews onto the products that share their Shopify product. Later syncs remove a copy you unpublish in Loox.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes the key from StefanBrain. To cut access fully, revoke the key in Loox under Settings, then API Keys.
