By accessing or using StefanBrain ("the Service"), an AI-powered marketing assistant operated by Copy and Funnel Accelerator LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 1180 N Town Center Drive, Suite 100, Las Vegas, Nevada 89144, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StefanBrain is an AI chatbot and marketing assistant that provides copywriting, conversion rate optimization (CRO) funnel reviews, ad creative analysis, connected-workspace assistance, and related marketing guidance. The Service uses artificial intelligence models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate content and analysis, and may connect to user-authorized Google services including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Analytics so it can perform the tasks the user explicitly requests. Outputs are AI-generated and should be reviewed by the user before use.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Access to the Service requires an authorized account. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. If you connect third-party accounts or services, you represent that you are authorized to connect and use those accounts and direct StefanBrain to access or act on that data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

You may use the Service output in support of your business, marketing, and internal workflows. However, you may not use the Service, its output, API responses, metadata, or any substantially similar derivative dataset to train, distill, fine-tune, benchmark for training, evaluate for training, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to build, offer, or support a competing AI product or service. This restriction applies whether the activity is direct or indirect and whether performed by you, your affiliates, contractors, or third-party tools acting on your behalf.
Content you input into the Service remains yours. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use in connection with your marketing activities. The Service itself, including its design, system prompts, training methodologies, and proprietary frameworks, is the intellectual property of Copy and Funnel Accelerator LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
StefanBrain uses artificial intelligence to generate content and analysis. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Anthropic (AI models), AssemblyAI (transcription), Google, and others. Connected Google services may include Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Analytics when you enable those connectors and direct StefanBrain to use them. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or our policies. If we reasonably believe that you or anyone using your account or API keys has violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created legal, security, abuse, or integrity risk for us, our users, or third parties, we may, with or without prior notice, throttle usage, suspend access, disable or revoke API keys, or terminate your account. Except where required by law, you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or other compensation for actions taken under this section. If you believe we acted in error, you may contact support to request review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copy and Funnel Accelerator LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
