In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Box, and click Connect.
2Approve access on Box's authorization page
A hosted Box authorization page opens. Sign in with the Box account your team uses and approve access for StefanBrain.
3You're connected, no keys to copy
Box uses standard OAuth sign-in, so there is no API key to find or paste. When the page closes, the connection is live.
4Ask your first question
Try asking StefanBrain to find your latest creative brief, or to list what is in a folder you name.

What can StefanBrain access in Box?
StefanBrain can search and manage the files and folders visible to the Box account you connect. It only sees what that account's own permissions allow, so restricted folders stay restricted.
Do I need a Box API key?
No. Box connects through OAuth, which means you sign in on Box's own authorization page and approve access there. StefanBrain never sees or stores your Box password.
Can StefanBrain move or change my files without asking?
No. Write actions are classified separately from reads, and tool permissions let you require approval or block changes entirely. You decide how much StefanBrain can do beyond searching.
How do I disconnect Box later?
One click in Connectors removes the connection. You can also revoke StefanBrain's access from your Box account settings, which cuts access immediately on Box's side.
Which Box account should I connect?
Connect the account that can see your team's marketing folders, since access mirrors that login exactly. A personal account that lacks access to shared folders will leave StefanBrain blind to them.
How is Box different from the Dropbox or OneDrive connectors?
They are all storage connectors, so connect the one your team actually uses. If you connect more than one, just name the service when you ask.
