How to connect
1Connect your social accounts in Blotato
In Blotato, connect the TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other accounts you want to post to. StefanBrain can only post where Blotato already can.
2Open Connectors and choose Blotato
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Blotato, and click Connect.
3Sign in to Blotato and approve
Blotato opens its sign-in page. Sign in to the Blotato account you use, then approve StefanBrain's access. You land back in StefanBrain.
4Ask your first question
Try asking StefanBrain to list your Blotato accounts, or to schedule today's video for tomorrow morning on TikTok.
Good to know
- Blotato's API and MCP access come with its paid plans: Starter, Creator, and Agency. The free trial does not include them.
- A post with no time set goes public right away. StefanBrain asks before every post, so you can add a time or a free slot first.
- Files from StefanBrain are uploaded to Blotato before the post is sent. A post that names a file StefanBrain cannot find stops with the fix, and nothing is posted.
- Blotato keeps numbers only for posts published through Blotato. On the Starter plan the first numbers arrive about a day after a post goes live.
- DM automations send messages on their own, so creating or changing one starts switched off. You can switch it on in the connector's tool settings.

Will StefanBrain post without asking?
No. Posting, scheduling changes, comments, and messages ask for your approval first. Reading posts, schedules, and numbers does not.
Can I post something privately first?
Yes. Ask for a private TikTok or an unlisted YouTube video. An Instagram trial reel shows to non-followers first. StefanBrain passes the setting to Blotato.
What is the Blotato API card for?
Blotato API connects with an API key instead of a sign-in. It adds analytics summaries, results per platform, searching published posts, and weekly posting slots.
Why did a post fail?
Ask StefanBrain to check the post's status. It shows the reason the platform gave, such as a missing TikTok setting or a daily posting cap.
How do I disconnect?
Disconnect Blotato in StefanBrain's Connectors. That removes StefanBrain's access; your Blotato account and its connected social accounts stay as they are.
