Email & SMS integration
Connect StefanBrain to ActiveCampaign
Give StefanBrain access to the ActiveCampaign account behind your email journeys and contacts. Ask about your audience in plain English and ground your marketing in real account data.
What connecting ActiveCampaign unlocks
Email and contact answers in chat
Ask about the contacts and email journeys your ActiveCampaign account manages and get answers in conversation. No dashboard digging, no exports.
Copy grounded in your real audience
Copy Chief reviews and new drafts can lean on your actual ActiveCampaign context instead of a guessed persona. The result reads like it was written for your list.
CRM context for the whole brain
ActiveCampaign doubles as a CRM, so the same brain that handles your ads, landing pages, and creative also knows your contact side.
Cross-channel questions in one place
Combine ActiveCampaign context with your other connectors. Ask questions that cross email and paid media in a single conversation, and let media-buying decisions see the email picture.

Good to know
- ActiveCampaign connects with an API key instead of a sign-in button, so there is no vendor authorization page. The whole flow happens inside the StefanBrain connect dialog.
- If the key stops working, for example after you change it in ActiveCampaign, reconnect with the current key.
Your credentials stay yours
- We never store your passwords
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Disconnect anytime
Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read from ActiveCampaign?
The connector centers on what ActiveCampaign manages: your contacts and your email journeys. After you connect, you can review the available tools and their permissions inside StefanBrain, so nothing is hidden.
Where do I find my API key?
In your ActiveCampaign account or developer settings. Copy it from there and paste it into the StefanBrain connect dialog when you click Connect.
Can StefanBrain change things in my ActiveCampaign account?
Write actions are classified separately from reads across all of StefanBrain. Tool permissions let you require approval or block writes entirely, so nothing changes in ActiveCampaign without access you granted.
Is my API key stored safely?
Credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, and they are only used to call ActiveCampaign on your behalf. StefanBrain never sees or stores your ActiveCampaign password.
How do I disconnect later?
One click in Connectors removes the connection and the stored credentials, so access ends immediately. The key itself stays under your control inside ActiveCampaign.
How is this different from the Mailchimp or Brevo connectors?
They are separate connectors for separate email platforms. Connect the one your business actually sends with, and StefanBrain routes email questions to the right connection. If you run more than one, you can connect them all.
