Communication integration

Connect StefanBrain to Zoom

Connect Zoom and handle meetings from the same chat where you do your marketing work. StefanBrain can schedule meetings and pull recordings, so call material stays next to the work it informs.

What connecting Zoom unlocks

Recordings without the tab switch

Ask for the recording of a meeting on your connected account and get it in chat. No hunting through Zoom in the middle of a brief.

Meetings scheduled from chat

Setting up a customer interview or a team review is one ask away. Scheduling is a write action, so it only happens under the tool permissions you set.

Customer calls next to your creative

Pull the recording of a sales call or customer interview into the conversation where you plan angles, briefs, and Copy Chief reviews. The source stays one message away.

One connection, standard controls

Zoom connects like every StefanBrain connector: one OAuth approval, per-tool permissions, and one-click disconnect. There are no extra credentials to create or manage.

How to connect

1Open Connectors and choose Zoom

In StefanBrain, open Connectors and find Zoom in the catalog. Click Connect.

2Sign in on Zoom's authorization page

Zoom opens its own hosted authorization page. Sign in with the Zoom account whose meetings you want StefanBrain to work with.

3Approve access for StefanBrain

Review the requested access and approve it. The handshake happens entirely on Zoom's side, and StefanBrain never sees your Zoom password.

4Ask your first question

Try asking for the recording of your last customer interview, or ask StefanBrain to schedule a call for later this week.

Your credentials stay yours

  • We never store your passwords
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Disconnect anytime

Frequently asked questions

What can StefanBrain read from Zoom?

The Zoom connector is scoped to meetings: StefanBrain can schedule meetings and pull recordings from the account you connect. It only sees what your Zoom account and your OAuth approval allow.

Do I need a Zoom API key?

No. Zoom uses OAuth: click Connect, sign in on Zoom's hosted authorization page, and approve access. StefanBrain never sees or stores your Zoom password.

Which Zoom account should I connect?

The one that hosts the meetings you care about. Access follows the account you sign in with on the authorization page, so if your recordings live under a different account, connect that account instead.

Can StefanBrain change my Zoom account without asking?

No. Scheduling a meeting is a write action, and write actions are gated by tool permissions you control. You can require approval for each write or block writes entirely.

What about meeting transcripts and summaries?

The Zoom connector covers scheduling and recordings. If you want searchable meeting transcripts, summaries, or action items, look at the Fireflies.ai or Fathom Notetaker connectors, which focus on exactly that.

How do I disconnect?

One click in Connectors removes StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke the authorization from your Zoom account. Reconnecting later is the same short OAuth flow.
