How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Discord
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Discord, and click Connect.
2Approve access on Discord's authorization page
Discord opens its hosted authorization page. Sign in if you are not already, review the access being requested, and approve it.
3Return to StefanBrain
After you approve, Discord sends you back and the connector shows as connected. There are no tokens or keys to copy and paste.
4Ask your first question
Try asking StefanBrain to draft a launch announcement for your server, then have it send the message once you like the wording.

What can StefanBrain read or do in Discord?
The connector centers on sending messages and managing your server. After you connect, StefanBrain shows you the exact tools available, and it can only use the access you approved during authorization.
Do I need an API key or bot token?
No. Discord uses OAuth, so you approve access on Discord's own authorization page instead of pasting credentials into StefanBrain. StefanBrain never sees your Discord password, and the grant it receives is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can StefanBrain post to my server without asking?
Only if you let it. Sending messages and changing your server are write actions, and tool permissions can require your approval for each one or block writes entirely. Reads and writes are classified separately, so you control exactly how much autonomy the connector gets.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes the connection and StefanBrain's access along with it. You can also revoke the authorization from your Discord account settings, and either path shuts access off.
