Communication integration
Connect StefanBrain to Microsoft Teams
Connect Microsoft Teams and let StefanBrain send messages and work with channels from the same chat where you build campaigns. Keep your team in the loop without switching apps.
What connecting Microsoft Teams unlocks
Post updates to Teams from chat
Ask StefanBrain to send a message to a Teams channel straight from the conversation you are working in. Share a launch update, a draft for review, or a quick win while your marketing work stays open.
Work with channels in plain English
Channel work runs through the connector when you ask for it, using only the access you approved when you connected. No clicking around Teams while your campaign thinking sits in another window.
Marketing output where your team already talks
Teams actions live in the same brain that writes your ads, reviews your copy, and analyzes your funnels. When a creative round or a CRO review lands, sharing it with the team takes one sentence.
Every action stays under your control
Sending messages and changing channels are write actions, so tool permissions gate them. You decide whether StefanBrain acts freely, asks first, or is blocked from writing entirely.
How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Microsoft Teams
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Microsoft Teams, and click Connect.
2Approve access on Microsoft's authorization page
Microsoft opens its hosted authorization page. Sign in with the account you use for Teams, review the access being requested, and approve it.
3Return to StefanBrain
After you approve, Microsoft sends you back and the connector shows as connected. There are no tokens or keys to copy and paste.
4Ask your first question
Try asking StefanBrain to draft a launch update for your team, then have it send the message to the right channel once you like the wording.
Your credentials stay yours

Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read or do in Microsoft Teams?
The connector centers on sending messages and working with channels. After you connect, StefanBrain shows you the exact tools available, and it can only use the access you approved during authorization.
Do I need an API key?
No. Microsoft Teams uses OAuth, so you approve access on Microsoft's own authorization page instead of pasting credentials into StefanBrain. StefanBrain never sees your Microsoft password, and the grant it receives is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can StefanBrain post to a channel without asking?
Only if you let it. Sending messages and working with channels are write actions, and tool permissions can require your approval for each one or block writes entirely. Reads and writes are classified separately, so you control how much autonomy the connector gets.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes the connection and StefanBrain's access along with it. You can also revoke StefanBrain's authorization on the Microsoft side, and either path shuts access off.
Why connect Microsoft Teams to a marketing platform?
Most DTC teams already coordinate in Teams or a tool like it. Connecting it means the place where you write ads, review copy, and analyze funnels can also brief the people who act on that work. Updates land in the right channel the moment the work is done.
