Forms integration
Connect StefanBrain to Tally
Bring your Tally forms and their submissions into StefanBrain. Ask what respondents are telling you and turn real answers into sharper copy, creative, and funnel decisions.
What connecting Tally unlocks
Form submissions in every chat
Ask about any form's submissions in plain English and get answers from the source. No CSV exports, no dashboard hopping.
Copy grounded in respondent language
Feed real submission answers into Copy Chief reviews and creative briefs. Ads, emails, and landing pages get built around the words your audience actually uses.
Evidence for funnel and media decisions
Use submission data as input to CRO analysis and media buying discussions. Decisions ride on what respondents said, not on hunches.
Form work handled from chat
The Tally connector covers creating forms as well as collecting submissions. Every write action stays gated behind tool permissions you control.
How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Tally
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Tally, and click Connect.
2Get your Tally API key
Copy the key from your Tally account or developer settings. Keep it handy for the next step.
3Enter your API credentials in the dialog
Paste the key into the connect dialog and save. StefanBrain stores it encrypted, and you never enter your Tally password.
4Ask your first question
Try asking which form collected the most submissions this month, or pull the newest responses from a form you care about.
Your credentials stay yours
- We never store your passwords
- Encrypted at rest and in transit

Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read from Tally?
Your forms and the submissions they collect. Once connected, chat pulls that data on demand, so answers about respondents come from the source instead of a stale export. Creative and CRO work in the same chat can then reference those answers directly.
Where does the API key come from, and is it safe?
The key comes from your Tally account or developer settings, and you paste it into the connect dialog once. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and StefanBrain never asks for your Tally password.
Can StefanBrain create or change forms without asking?
Form creation is part of what the connector covers, but nothing runs without the access you granted. Write actions are classified separately from reads, and tool permissions let you require approval or block writes entirely.
How do I disconnect later?
One click in Connectors removes StefanBrain's access along with the stored key. No further reads happen once the connection is removed. If your key ever changes, reconnect and paste the new one.
How is Tally different from Typeform or Jotform in StefanBrain?
They are all Forms connectors that bring forms and submissions into chat. Connect whichever your team already runs; the chat experience is the same. Each connection is separate, so switching tools later just means connecting the new one.
