How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Jotform
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Jotform, and click Connect.
2Get your Jotform API key
Grab an API key from your Jotform account or developer settings. Treat it like a password, because it carries your Jotform access.
3Enter your credentials in the dialog
Paste the API key into the connect dialog and save. StefanBrain encrypts credentials in transit and at rest.
4Ask your first question
Try asking for the latest submissions on a lead form, or the most common answer to a survey question.
Good to know
- Jotform connects with an API key instead of a sign-in redirect, so there is no vendor approval page. The dialog opens right in StefanBrain.
- If you revoke or replace the key in your Jotform account, the connection stops working. Reconnect with the new key to restore access.

What can StefanBrain read from Jotform?
The connector works with your Jotform forms and their submissions. That covers the forms themselves plus the answers people send through them. Ask in plain English and StefanBrain pulls what it needs.
Where do I find my Jotform API key?
It comes from your Jotform account or developer settings. Paste it into the connect dialog when you click Connect in StefanBrain. Credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never see your Jotform password.
Can StefanBrain create forms or change my submissions?
Yes, the connector supports building forms and managing submissions as well as reading them. Write actions are classified separately from reads, and tool permissions let you require approval or block writes entirely. Nothing changes without the access you granted.
How is this different from Typeform or Tally?
They are all forms connectors, so connect the one your team actually runs. If you use more than one, connect each and name the tool you mean in your question.
How do I disconnect Jotform later?
One click in Connectors removes the connection and StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke or regenerate the API key in your Jotform account, which cuts off access immediately.
