What connecting Cal.com unlocks

Bookings in every chat

Ask what calls are on the calendar this week without opening Cal.com. Answers come from your real schedule, not a stale export.

Availability without tab switching

Check open slots while you plan launches, sales calls, or content days. One question replaces a trip to the dashboard.

Booking trends as funnel signal

For call-based funnels, bookings are conversions. Bring booking volume into CRO reviews and media-buying conversations so decisions reflect what actually got scheduled.

Booking management, gated by you

Manage bookings and availability from chat when you choose to. Every write action is gated by tool permissions you control.

How to connect

1Open Connectors and choose Cal.com

In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Cal.com, and click Connect.

2Sign in with your Cal.com account

A Cal.com authorization page opens. Sign in and approve access for StefanBrain. There is no API key to create or paste.

3Ask your first question

Try asking what bookings are coming up this week, or how your availability looks around the next launch.

Good to know

  • Cal.com uses managed OAuth, so there are no keys to create, copy, or rotate. Access lasts until you disconnect in StefanBrain or revoke it in Cal.com.
  • The connection is tied to the account you approve with. Team members who want their own calendars in chat connect with their own Cal.com sign-in.

Your credentials stay yours

  • We never store your passwords
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Disconnect anytime

Frequently asked questions

What can StefanBrain read from Cal.com?

Your bookings and your availability. That covers what is scheduled on the calendar and the open slots around it, so questions about either get answered from live data.

Do I need an API key?

No. Cal.com connects through OAuth, so you sign in on Cal.com's own authorization page and approve access there. StefanBrain never sees or stores your Cal.com password.

Can StefanBrain change my bookings?

Booking management is part of this connector, and write actions are classified separately from reads. Tool permissions let you require approval for changes or block them entirely, so nothing moves without the access you granted.

Which Cal.com account gets connected?

The one you sign in with on the authorization page. If you use more than one account, check that you are signed in to the right one before approving.

How is this different from Calendly?

Both are scheduling connectors. Connect the one your team actually books with; StefanBrain routes scheduling questions to the right one when both are connected.

Can I disconnect later?

Yes, one click in Connectors removes access. You can also revoke StefanBrain's authorization from your Cal.com account, and reconnecting later takes the same two clicks.
