Connect StefanBrain to Calendly
Bring your Calendly booking links and scheduled events into StefanBrain. Ask about upcoming calls, grab the right link for an email or lander, and keep scheduling data in every conversation.
What connecting Calendly unlocks
Booking links without the tab switch
Ask for the right Calendly link while you write an email, a landing page, or an ad reply. StefanBrain pulls it from your account, not from memory.
Scheduled events in plain English
See what calls are on the calendar over any window. Ask how bookings changed after a launch and use the answer in planning.
Scheduling data inside marketing work
Call-booking funnels live or die on booked calls. Ground CRO reviews and campaign decisions in what your Calendly calendar actually shows.
Event management, gated by you
Manage scheduled events from chat when you grant the access. Write actions are classified separately from reads and follow your tool permissions.
How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Calendly
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Calendly, and click Connect.
2Approve access on Calendly's page
A Calendly authorization page opens. Sign in and approve access for StefanBrain. We never see or store your Calendly password.
3Land back in StefanBrain
After approval you return to StefanBrain with the connection live. There are no API keys to copy and nothing to paste.
4Ask your first question
Try asking what calls are booked this week, or ask for the booking link you want to drop into a draft email.
Good to know
- The connection is tied to the Calendly account you sign in with during authorization. If you manage more than one account, check which one you are signed into first.
- There is no API key to create or rotate. If access ever breaks, reconnecting from the Connectors page runs the same approval flow again.
Your credentials stay yours
- We never store your passwords
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Disconnect anytime
Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read from Calendly?
Your booking links and your scheduled events. That covers questions like what calls are coming up, what got booked over a window, and which booking link to share.
Do I need an API key or token?
No. Calendly uses OAuth, so you sign in on Calendly's own authorization page and approve access. StefanBrain never sees or stores your Calendly password.
Can StefanBrain change or cancel events on my calendar?
Event management is part of the connector, but write actions never run silently. They are classified separately from reads, and your tool permissions decide whether they need approval or are blocked entirely.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes access. If you want a second layer, you can also revoke StefanBrain's access on the Calendly side.
How is this different from Cal.com?
Both are scheduling connectors. Connect the one your team actually uses; StefanBrain routes scheduling questions to the right one when both are connected.
What should I ask first?
Start with your calendar: ask what is booked this week or how bookings looked around your last promotion. Then try pulling a booking link straight into an email draft or a landing page section you are writing.
