What connecting Square unlocks

Payments and orders in every chat

Ask about payment volume, order counts, or sales over any window and get numbers straight from Square. No exports, no dashboard digging.

Know who your customers are

Pull customer records into any conversation to see who buys, how often they come back, and what they spend. Real history replaces guesswork.

Creative grounded in real revenue

Feed actual order and customer patterns into ads, landing pages, and Copy Chief reviews. Offers and hooks reference what people truly buy, not what you assume they buy.

Sharper spend decisions

Bring the payments Square actually captured into media buying conversations. Budget calls lean on real revenue instead of platform-reported estimates alone.

How to connect

1Open Connectors and choose Square

In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Square, and click Connect. That starts the sign-in flow; there are no keys to copy.

2Approve access on Square's page

Square's hosted authorization page opens. Sign in with your Square account and approve access for StefanBrain. Your password stays with Square.

3Ask your first question

Try asking for last week's payment totals, or which customers ordered more than once this month. Answers come back from your live account.

Your credentials stay yours

  • We never store your passwords
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Disconnect anytime

Frequently asked questions

What can StefanBrain read from Square?

Payments, orders, and customer records from your connected Square account. Ask about totals, order activity, or customer history and the answer comes from live data, not a stale export. That same data can feed creative briefs, copy reviews, and CRO analysis.

How does authentication work?

Square uses OAuth, so you sign in on Square's own authorization page and StefanBrain never sees your password. Access is limited to what you approve there. You can revoke it from your Square account at any time.

Can StefanBrain change anything in my Square account?

Not without your say-so. Any write action a connector exposes is gated by tool permissions you control, so you can require approval or block writes entirely. Reading your data for answers never changes anything in Square.

Is it safe to connect a payments account?

Yes. Access runs through Square's own authorization, credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, and write actions stay behind permissions you control. StefanBrain treats Square as a financial connector, so it is handled with that level of care.

How is this different from QuickBooks?

Square covers payments, orders, and customers. QuickBooks covers invoices, expenses, and accounting data. Connect the one your business runs, or both, and ask each about its own numbers.

How do I disconnect Square?

One click in Connectors removes the connection and ends StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke StefanBrain from your Square account, and either action cuts off data access.
