How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Loop Analytics
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Loop Analytics, and click Connect.
2Sign in on Loop's page
Loop opens its sign-in page. Enter your Shopify store URL and sign in with your Loop account.
3Review and approve access
Loop checks your account and role, then shows what StefanBrain can access. Approve it to finish connecting.
4Ask your first question
Try asking how your subscriber count changed last month, or how many failed payments Loop recovered.
Good to know
- Your Loop role needs MCP access. Loop admins turn it on in Loop > Users and permissions.
- Loop's MCP covers subscribers, cohorts, payments, and cancellations. Some Loop analytics pages are not available through it yet.
- This connection reads analytics. To change subscriptions or read individual records, connect Loop Subscriptions with an API token.

What can StefanBrain see in Loop Analytics?
Subscriber acquisition, revenue, and lifetime value, plus cohort retention, payment success and recovery, and cancellations with retention-offer saves.
How does authentication work?
Loop uses OAuth. Click Connect, sign in on Loop's page with your Shopify store URL, and approve access. There is no API token to copy.
Why does Loop say MCP access is disabled?
Your Loop role does not include MCP access yet. A Loop admin can turn it on in Loop > Users and permissions, then you can connect again.
Do I also need the Loop Subscriptions connector?
Only to read individual records or make changes. This connector answers analytics questions. Loop Subscriptions uses an API token to manage subscriptions and customers.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. One click in Connectors removes the connection and its stored access from StefanBrain. You can connect again at any time by signing in to Loop.
