What connecting Granola unlocks

Meeting answers without replaying calls

Query your meetings and notes in chat. Ask what a customer said, what the team decided, or which calls covered a topic.

Voice-of-customer from real transcripts

Pull the exact words customers used on sales and research calls. Feed those verbatims into Copy Chief reviews and creative briefs instead of guessing.

Organized recall across folders

List your meeting folders and the meetings inside them, then drill into any single meeting for details or the full transcript.

Briefs grounded in what was actually said

Turn call notes into ad angles, CRO hypotheses, and follow-up copy that quotes the conversation, not a hazy summary of it.

Tools your chats can call

How to connect

1Open Connectors and choose Granola

In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Granola, and click Connect.

2Approve access on Granola's page

Granola's hosted authorization page opens in your browser. Sign in and approve access for StefanBrain. There is no API key to copy.

3Enterprise workspace? Check with your admin

Some enterprise workspaces need MCP enabled by an admin before the connection completes. If approval fails, ask your workspace admin to enable it.

4Ask your first question

Try asking what was decided on your last customer call, or for the transcript of yesterday's meeting.

Frequently asked questions

What can StefanBrain read from Granola?

Your meetings, meeting notes, folders, and full transcripts. It can query across meetings, list what is available by folder, and pull the details or transcript for any specific meeting.

How does authentication work?

Granola uses OAuth. You sign in and approve access on Granola's own authorization page, so StefanBrain never sees your password and there is no API key to manage. Disconnecting or revoking access ends it immediately.

Can StefanBrain change or delete my notes?

No. Every Granola tool is read-only, so StefanBrain can search and retrieve but never edit, move, or delete anything. Across the platform, any write action on any connector is gated by tool permissions you control.

Will it see meetings I do not have access to?

No. Granola only exposes notes you already have access to, so the connection mirrors your own permissions exactly. Teammates who want their meetings searchable connect their own accounts.

Why would a marketer connect meeting notes?

Customer and sales calls are raw voice-of-customer data. Pull real objections, phrases, and buying triggers into chat, then use them in Copy Chief reviews, creative generation, and CRO analysis.

Can I disconnect later?

Yes. One click in Connectors removes access, and you can also revoke StefanBrain from your Granola account. Nothing from Granola is retained as a live data source after that.
