What connecting Fathom Notetaker unlocks

Meeting summaries in every chat

Pull summaries of your recorded calls straight into any conversation. No hunting through your notetaker for the meeting you half remember.

Action items you can actually find

Ask what your team committed to on a call and get the action items back as a list. Follow-ups stop living in a tool nobody reopens.

Customer calls feeding your copy

Feed real language from customer and sales call summaries into Copy Chief reviews and creative briefs. Objections come from calls, not guesses.

Decisions with the call in the room

Bring strategy call summaries into CRO reviews and media-buying conversations. What was actually said and agreed sits next to the numbers.

Frequently asked questions

What can StefanBrain read from Fathom Notetaker?

Meeting summaries and action items from your recorded calls. That is the connector's whole job: turning what was said on your calls into answers you can use in chat, briefs, and reviews.

How does authentication work?

Through OAuth. You click Connect, approve StefanBrain on a hosted authorization page, and you are done. There is no API key to find, and StefanBrain never handles your Fathom password.

Which meetings can StefanBrain see?

Whatever the Fathom account you connect can see. Access is scoped to that account, so a teammate's private recordings stay private unless their account is the one connected.

Can StefanBrain change or delete my meeting notes?

This connector is built around pulling summaries and action items, not editing them. Platform-wide, any write action runs through tool permissions you control, so nothing changes without access you granted.

How do I disconnect?

One click in Connectors removes StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke StefanBrain from your Fathom account, and reconnecting later is the same short OAuth flow.

How is this different from Fireflies or Gong?

All three are meeting connectors. Fathom Notetaker focuses on summaries and action items, Fireflies on searching transcripts, and Gong on call recordings and deal insights. Connect the one your team records with, and name the tool in your question if you use more than one.
