In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Basecamp, and click Connect.
2Sign in with your Basecamp account
A hosted Basecamp authorization page opens. Sign in with the account your team uses for project work.
3Approve access for StefanBrain
Review the authorization request and approve it. The approval happens entirely on Basecamp's page, so StefanBrain never sees your password.
4Ask your first question

What can StefanBrain read from Basecamp?
The projects, to-dos, and messages in the Basecamp account you authorize. StefanBrain reads that data on demand when a conversation calls for it, and access is scoped to what your Basecamp login can see.
How does authentication work? Do I need an API key?
No keys or tokens to copy. Basecamp connects through OAuth, so you sign in and approve access on Basecamp's own authorization page. StefanBrain never sees or stores your password.
Can StefanBrain change things in Basecamp?
Any action that would change your Basecamp data is classified as a write and gated by tool permissions. You decide whether writes need your approval or are blocked entirely. Reading data never modifies anything.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes the connection and StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke the authorization from your Basecamp account, which has the same effect.
