StefanBrain sends you to Asana's hosted authorization page. No API keys, no copy-pasting credentials.
3Approve access on Asana's page
Sign in to Asana if prompted and approve access for StefanBrain. You land back in StefanBrain connected.
4Ask your first question
Try asking what is still open on your launch project, or for a quick status read on the campaign you are planning this week.

- StefanBrain connects as your Asana user, so it can only see the workspaces, projects, and tasks your own account can see. Missing data usually means your Asana account lacks access, not a broken connection.

What can StefanBrain read from Asana?
The tasks, projects, and goals your Asana account has access to. Ask about them in chat and StefanBrain pulls live data, so answers reflect the current state of the work rather than an old export.
How does authentication work?
Asana connects with OAuth. You approve StefanBrain on Asana's own authorization page, and StefanBrain never sees or stores your Asana password. You can revoke that authorization from Asana whenever you want.
Can StefanBrain change things in my Asana workspace?
Write actions such as creating tasks or projects are classified separately from reads. Tool permissions let you require approval for writes or block them entirely, so nothing in Asana changes without the access you granted.
What happens when I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes StefanBrain's access to Asana. Your Asana data itself is untouched, and you can also revoke the authorization on the Asana side. Reconnecting later is the same short OAuth flow.
How do marketing teams actually use this?
Mostly to keep strategy and execution in one place. A chat that produces an ad review or a CRO finding can end with the follow-up captured in Asana. Planning chats start from real project status instead of memory.
