What connecting Zendesk unlocks

Support tickets in every chat

Ask about your tickets in plain English and get answers from your real helpdesk data. No exports, no tab switching, no pasting threads into chat.

Help center content on hand

Bring the help center content you publish into any conversation. Copy, creative, and landing pages stay consistent with the answers your customers already receive.

Voice-of-customer creative

Feed real ticket language into creative generation and Copy Chief reviews. Ads and emails answer the objections your support queue already proves customers have.

Friction signals for CRO

Recurring tickets show where buyers get stuck before and after purchase. Bring those patterns into CRO analysis so landing page fixes target problems customers actually report.

Ticket and help center management from chat

Manage tickets and help center content without leaving the conversation. Every write action is gated by tool permissions you control.

Good to know

  • Zendesk connects with an OAuth sign-in instead of an API key, so there is nothing to copy or paste.
  • StefanBrain can only see what the Zendesk account you authorize can see. Authorize with an account scoped to the access you are comfortable granting.

Your credentials stay yours

  • We never store your passwords
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit

Frequently asked questions

What can StefanBrain read from Zendesk?

The connector works with the support tickets and help center content you manage in Zendesk. That covers the questions your team fields every day and the answers you publish, available to any chat you start.

How does authentication work?

Zendesk uses an OAuth sign-in rather than an API key. You sign in on Zendesk's own authorization page and approve access once. StefanBrain never sees or stores your Zendesk password.

Can StefanBrain change tickets or help center content?

Managing tickets and help center content is what the connector is for, but write actions are classified separately from reads. Tool permissions let you require approval for writes or block them entirely, so nothing changes without the access you granted.

How do I disconnect?

One click in Connectors removes the connection. For a hard cutoff, you can also revoke StefanBrain's authorization from the Zendesk side.

How is this different from Gorgias, Freshdesk, or Intercom?

All of them are support connectors, so connect the helpdesk your team actually runs. Zendesk is the option here that also covers help center content alongside tickets. If more than one is connected, StefanBrain routes support questions to the right one.

What makes help center content useful for marketing?

Your help center is where you already explain the product in customer-tested language. Pulling it into chat keeps ads, emails, and landing pages consistent with the answers customers actually get. It also hands Copy Chief a source of proven phrasing.
