A hosted Shippo authorization page opens. Sign in with your Shippo account and approve access for StefanBrain.

What can StefanBrain read from Shippo?
Rate quotes and shipment tracking through the synced Shippo toolkit. Ask for the status of a shipment or a rate comparison, and the answer comes from your live Shippo account.
How does authentication work?
Shippo uses a hosted sign-in flow. You approve access on Shippo's own authorization page, and StefanBrain never sees or stores your Shippo password. Access lasts until you disconnect.
Can StefanBrain create labels or change things in Shippo?
Creating labels is supported, and it counts as a write action. Writes are classified separately from reads, and tool permissions let you require approval or block writes entirely. Nothing runs with access you did not grant.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. One click in Connectors removes access, and StefanBrain stops reaching your Shippo account immediately. Reconnecting later simply repeats the same approval flow.
How is this different from the ShipBob connector?
ShipBob is a fulfillment network, and its connector covers ShipBob orders, inventory, and fulfillment. Shippo covers labels, rate comparisons, and shipment tracking. Connect the one your operation runs, or both.
What happens if my Shippo authorization expires?
If Shippo revokes or expires the authorization, StefanBrain flags the connection and prompts you to reconnect. Reconnecting is the same short approval flow, and your chats stay put.
