Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read from Re:amaze?
Your support chats and helpdesk conversations. That is the raw material for voice-of-customer work: real questions, complaints, and praise in your customers' own words.
How does authentication work?
Re:amaze connects with API credentials rather than an OAuth sign-in. Copy them from your Re:amaze account or developer settings, then paste them on the secure hosted page that opens when you click Connect. Credentials are encrypted, and StefanBrain never asks for your Re:amaze password.
Can StefanBrain change things in my helpdesk?
The connector is built around reading and managing support conversations. Any action that changes data is classified separately from reads, and tool permissions let you require approval or block writes entirely.
How does helpdesk data help my marketing?
Support conversations are the closest thing to a live focus group. Feed them into Copy Chief reviews, creative briefs, and CRO analysis so your copy answers the objections customers actually raise.
How is this different from Intercom or Freshdesk?
They are separate connectors for separate helpdesks. Connect the one your support team actually uses; StefanBrain reads conversations from whichever you connect.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, one click in Connectors removes the stored credentials and StefanBrain's access. You can reconnect at any time by entering credentials again.
