How does authentication work?
QuickBooks connects through OAuth. You sign in on a QuickBooks-hosted authorization page and approve access there, so StefanBrain never sees or stores your password. There are no API keys to find or paste.

Every discovered tool is classified as read or write, and write actions ask for your approval by default. QuickBooks also carries a financial risk profile, so money-moving actions like refunds and payouts are blocked by default. You stay in control of anything that could touch the books.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, one click in Connectors removes access. You can also revoke StefanBrain from your QuickBooks account. Your books stay in QuickBooks either way; StefanBrain reads on request instead of importing your accounting data.
