How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Miro
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Miro, and click Connect.
2Sign in with the right Miro account
Miro's hosted authorization page opens. Sign in with the account that belongs to the team whose boards you want available.
3Approve access for StefanBrain
Review what Miro shows on its consent screen and approve. StefanBrain never sees your password; Miro handles the sign-in end to end.
4Ask your first question
Try asking StefanBrain to summarize the sticky notes on your latest brainstorm board, or to turn a messaging workshop into ad angles.
Good to know
- Access follows the Miro account you authorize. Connect with the account on the right team, or boards you expect will not be reachable.
- Miro uses a managed OAuth app, so there is nothing to set up on the Miro side before you click Connect.

Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read from Miro?
The connector works with your boards, including sticky notes and diagrams. It sees what the Miro account you authorized can see, based on the access you approved. If a board is not available to that account, it is not available to StefanBrain.
Do I need an API key?
No. Miro connects through OAuth, so you sign in on Miro's own authorization page and approve access there. There is no key to find, copy, or rotate.
Can StefanBrain change or delete my boards?
Write actions across StefanBrain are classified separately from reads and gated by tool permissions you control. Nothing on a board changes without the access you granted. You can keep the connection read-focused if that is all you want.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke StefanBrain's authorization from within Miro, and either action ends access immediately.
