What connecting Cloudinary unlocks

Your media assets in every chat

Cloudinary manages, transforms, and delivers your media. Connected, those assets become something you can ask about mid conversation instead of switching tabs.

Creative work grounded in real files

When you brief new images or video in StefanBrain, the conversation can reference the assets you actually have. That beats describing them from memory.

Asset context during reviews

Copy Chief and CRO conversations get sharper when you can pull in the real media behind a page or ad. No more guessing which file is live.

One place for media questions

Questions about what exists in your Cloudinary account get answered in chat, from the source. Your team stops pinging whoever owns the media account.

How to connect

1Get your Cloudinary API credentials

Copy your API credentials from your Cloudinary account or developer settings. Keep them handy for the next step.

2Open Connectors and choose Cloudinary

In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Cloudinary, and click Connect.

3Enter your credentials in the dialog

Paste your Cloudinary API credentials into the connection dialog and save. There is no vendor sign-in page for this one; the dialog is the whole flow.

4Ask a first question

Try asking what StefanBrain can see in your Cloudinary account, or bring an asset into a creative brief you are already working on.

Good to know

  • Cloudinary connects with API credentials rather than a hosted sign-in page, so there is no approval screen on Cloudinary's side.
  • If you rotate or revoke your Cloudinary credentials, the connection stops working. Reconnect in Connectors with the new values to restore access.

Your credentials stay yours

  • We never store your passwords
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Disconnect anytime

Frequently asked questions

What can StefanBrain read from Cloudinary?

Cloudinary's job is managing, transforming, and delivering media assets, and the connector works against your account. The available actions come from the live integration rather than a fixed list, so ask and StefanBrain will use what your connection exposes.

Where do my Cloudinary credentials come from?

From your Cloudinary account or developer settings. You paste them once into the StefanBrain connection dialog; they are encrypted in transit and at rest, and StefanBrain never asks for your Cloudinary password.

Can StefanBrain change or delete my media?

Any action that changes your account is classified as a write, and tool permissions gate every write. You can require approval per action or block writes entirely, so nothing changes without the access you granted.

How do I disconnect Cloudinary?

One click in Connectors removes the stored credentials and cuts off access immediately. Reconnecting later is the same short credential flow.

Why does this page not list specific Cloudinary tools?

Cloudinary's actions load from the live integration when you connect, so the list is not fixed at publish time. In practice you just ask for what you need, and StefanBrain picks the right action from what your connection exposes.
