Frequently asked questions

What can StefanBrain read from ManyChat?

Subscribers and contacts, tags, custom fields, bot fields, automations, and flows. That covers Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, SMS, and email subscribers managed in ManyChat.

Where do I find my ManyChat API key?

In ManyChat under Settings, then API, where you generate an Account Public API key. ManyChat makes the Public API available on eligible paid plans, so free accounts will not see a key.

Can StefanBrain change things in my ManyChat account?

Yes, when you allow it. Tools exist for subscriber profile updates, tags, custom user fields, and send actions, and every write is gated by tool permissions you control. Read-only use works fine too.

Does this show my Meta ads performance?

No. ManyChat covers your subscribers, segments, and automations. Ad spend, campaigns, and creative performance come from the Meta Ads connector, and StefanBrain routes those questions there.

Is my API key safe?

Credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, and StefanBrain never sees your ManyChat password. The key is treated as sensitive, and disconnecting removes it.

Can I disconnect later?

Yes, one click in Connectors removes the connection and the stored key. For a full revoke, manage the key itself in ManyChat under Settings, then API.
