How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Intelligems
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, search for Intelligems, and click Connect. There is no key to paste.
2Log into the right store first
If you manage several stores, log into Intelligems in the same browser and switch to the store you want. A session for another store can leave the connection unauthorized.
3Enter your Shopify Admin email
Intelligems opens its Connect Intelligems Account page. Enter the Shopify Admin email of your existing Intelligems account and finish signing in.
4Return to StefanBrain
Intelligems sends you back to StefanBrain, and the Intelligems card shows as connected.
5Ask your first question
Try asking how your running price test is doing, or where shoppers drop off in your conversion funnel this month.
Good to know
- Intelligems includes its MCP on every paid plan. Price tests need a Smart Pricing module or the Unlimited plan, and the 14-day trial leaves Smart Pricing out.
- On the Pause Plan, Intelligems runs no tests and shows no Sitewide Analytics. A Past Due plan loses access to its features until payment goes through.
- Shipping tests need the Smart Shipping or Unlimited plan. Checkout tests need Shopify Plus, plus the Unlimited or Checkout & Post-Purchase plan.
- Creating, editing, starting, pausing, or ending a test asks first, and so do checkout block changes and price commits. Delete Checkout Block starts switched off.
- The order export and custom ShopifyQL queries also ask first, because they can list shoppers by name and email.
- Starting a price test raises your Shopify prices to the test's highest price. Ending a test is permanent, and a price test rolls out a group's prices only at that moment.
- Profit metrics stay empty until your store sets up cost of goods in Intelligems.
- A checkout block test still needs one step in Shopify: someone with checkout permissions places the block in the checkout editor.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an Intelligems account?
Yes. The sign-in page asks for the Shopify Admin email of an existing Intelligems account. StefanBrain cannot create one for you.
Which Intelligems plans include it?
Intelligems includes its MCP on every paid plan. What you can test depends on your modules, and price tests need Smart Pricing, which the free trial leaves out. You can build tests before choosing a plan, but one starts only once a plan is selected. The Pause Plan runs no tests or Sitewide Analytics.
Will StefanBrain change my live store?
Only when you approve it. New tests start as drafts, and changes to tests, checkout blocks, and prices ask first. Deleting a checkout block starts switched off.
I manage several stores. Which one does it use?
The connection can reach every store your Intelligems login can. StefanBrain can list your organizations, so name the store you mean.
Why does the connection say unauthorized after I sign in?
Intelligems says a browser session tied to another store causes this. Log out of Intelligems and Shopify, log back into the right store, then connect again.
How do I disconnect?
Open Connectors in StefanBrain, choose the Intelligems card, and disconnect it. StefanBrain stops using your Intelligems account right away.
