Connect your Air workspace and StefanBrain can browse and pull creative assets from your Air library. Find the right file, board, or version without leaving chat.

Search Air assets by board, tag, custom field, or keyword straight from a conversation. Nested sub-boards are covered too, so deep folder trees stay searchable.
Real assets behind your creative
Pull inline previews and temporary download URLs for any asset version. Ads, image generation, and video work can start from the approved creative, not a lookalike.
Library upkeep without the tab switch
Rename assets, edit descriptions, add or remove tags, set custom fields, and create or reorganize boards from chat. Every change is a permission-gated write action.
New work flows back into Air
Upload local files or import assets from a URL, as new assets or as new versions. Finished creative lands in the library your team already uses.

How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Air
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Air, and click Connect. A credential dialog opens.
2Create an Air API key
The dialog links to Air's getting started guide at developer.air.inc. Create an API key there; API access is available on eligible Air workspaces.
3Copy your workspace ID
Copy the workspace ID as well. It is a UUID, and the dialog asks for it right below the API key.
4Paste both and connect
Enter the API key and workspace ID, then click Connect. An optional workspace name becomes the label shown on the connector card.
5Ask a first question
Try asking StefanBrain to list your Air boards, or to find every asset tagged for your current campaign.
Good to know
- Air API access is available on eligible Air workspaces, so key creation may not appear for every account.
- The API base URL field is an optional override for Air non-production API environments. Most teams leave it blank.
- Each connection covers one workspace. Connect again with another key and workspace ID to add more, and use the workspace name label to tell them apart.

Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read from Air?
Assets with their metadata, versions, and custom field values, plus boards including nested sub-boards, tags, and custom field definitions. It can also fetch inline image previews and temporary download URLs for asset versions.
Where do I get an Air API key and workspace ID?
From your Air account, following Air's getting started guide at developer.air.inc. The connect dialog links that guide directly. API access is available on eligible Air workspaces.
Can StefanBrain change my Air library?
Yes, when you allow it. Renaming assets, tagging, custom field updates, board changes, uploads, and URL imports are all write tools. Each one is gated by the tool permissions you control, so you decide what StefanBrain can touch.
How does StefanBrain get the actual files?
It requests a temporary download URL for a specific asset version, or an inline image preview. Each fetch is a discrete tool call, not a bulk export of your library.
What is the API base URL field for?
It is an optional override for Air non-production API environments. Leave it blank and StefanBrain uses Air's standard production API.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, one click in Connectors removes the connection and its stored credentials. You can also revoke the API key in Air so the credential stops working everywhere.
