1Open Connectors in StefanBrain
In StefanBrain, open Connectors and find Omnisend in the catalog. It sits in the Email & SMS category.
2Click Connect
Choose Omnisend and click Connect. StefanBrain hands you off to Omnisend's own authorization page, so there is no API key to hunt down.
3Approve access on Omnisend's page
Sign in to Omnisend if prompted and approve access for StefanBrain. Your password stays with Omnisend and is never shared with us.
4Ask your first question
Back in chat, try asking about your most recent email campaign, or how your SMS sends fit into next month's promo calendar.

What can StefanBrain work with in Omnisend?
The connector covers the email and SMS campaigns you send for your store through Omnisend. Once connected, you can ask about them in any chat, and answers come from your live account instead of a stale export.
How does authentication work?
Omnisend connects with OAuth, so there is no API key to copy or paste. You approve StefanBrain on Omnisend's hosted authorization page, and StefanBrain never sees your Omnisend password. Access lasts until you disconnect or revoke it.
Can StefanBrain change my account or send a campaign without asking?
No. Write actions are classified separately from reads, and tool permissions let you require approval or block writes entirely. Nothing in your Omnisend account changes without access you have explicitly granted.
Does this cover SMS as well as email?
Yes. Omnisend is an email and SMS platform for stores, and the connector sits in StefanBrain's Email & SMS category. Questions about either channel belong in the same conversation.
I also use Klaviyo or another email platform. Which connector should I pick?
Connect the platform you actually send with. StefanBrain also has connectors for tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and ConvertKit, and connecting more than one is fine. Each appears as its own connection in Connectors.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke the authorization from your Omnisend account, which ends access on Omnisend's side as well.
