In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Klaviyo, and click Connect.
2Approve access on Klaviyo's page
A hosted Klaviyo authorization page opens. Sign in with your Klaviyo account and approve access for StefanBrain. There is no API key to find or paste.
3Ask your first question
Try asking what campaigns you sent recently, or which flows and lists exist in your account. Answers come from your live data from the first message.

- Klaviyo connects over OAuth, so you sign in on Klaviyo's own page and StefanBrain never sees your password.
- The connector runs through Klaviyo's official MCP server, so the available tools are built and maintained by Klaviyo itself.
- Email data is customer data. Klaviyo is treated as a sensitive connector, and tool permissions let you decide exactly what chat is allowed to do with it.

How does authentication work?
Klaviyo uses OAuth sign-in. Click Connect, approve StefanBrain on Klaviyo's hosted authorization page, and the connection is live. There is no API key to copy, and StefanBrain never stores your Klaviyo password.
Can StefanBrain change things in my Klaviyo account?
Any action that writes to Klaviyo is gated by tool permissions you control. You can require approval for write actions or block them entirely. What is possible at all is defined by the tools Klaviyo's MCP server exposes.
How do I disconnect Klaviyo?
One click in Connectors removes the connection from StefanBrain. Because access rides on an OAuth grant, you can also revoke it from the Klaviyo side for a full cutoff.
How does StefanBrain use Klaviyo data in creative work?
Connected Klaviyo context flows into chat answers, creative generation, Copy Chief reviews, and CRO analysis. When you ask for new email copy or ad angles, StefanBrain can reference what your campaigns and flows already say instead of guessing.
