How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Judge.me Email
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Judge.me Email, and click Connect.
2Approve access in your Shopify admin
Judge.me Email opens its approval page inside your Shopify admin. Sign in to Shopify if asked, review what StefanBrain is asking to do, then click Connect.
3Ask your first question
Try asking which campaigns you sent last month, or which of your flows are turned on. Answers come from your live account from the first message.
Good to know
- The approval page opens inside your Shopify admin, so sign in to the store that runs Judge.me Email.
- Judge.me Email also offers API tokens for other tools. StefanBrain does not need one, because the connection runs on the approval you give.
- Judge.me Email sets the limits for every assistant. It cannot change how a flow is built, permanently delete a campaign, or change your sending domain, branding, or popups.

What can StefanBrain do in Judge.me Email?
It can read your campaigns, flows, subscribers, and analytics. It can also edit email content and campaign details, schedule a campaign, cancel a send in progress, and turn flows on or off.
How does authentication work?
Judge.me Email uses OAuth. Click Connect, then approve StefanBrain on Judge.me Email's page in your Shopify admin. There is no API token to copy, and StefanBrain never sees your Shopify password.
Is this the same as the Judge.me Reviews connector?
No. Judge.me Email and Judge.me Product Reviews are separate Shopify apps. This connector works with email campaigns, flows, and subscribers. For product reviews, connect Judge.me Reviews instead.
Can StefanBrain send emails on its own?
Actions that change Judge.me Email, like scheduling a campaign or turning on a flow, are gated by tool permissions you control. Judge.me Email also never lets an assistant send a campaign immediately with no chance to cancel.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. One click in Connectors removes the connection and its stored access from StefanBrain. You can connect again at any time by approving it in Judge.me Email.
