How to connect
1Open Connectors in StefanBrain
In StefanBrain, open Connectors and find HubSpot in the catalog. It sits in the CRM and Email & SMS categories.
2Click Connect
Choose HubSpot and click Connect. StefanBrain hands you off to HubSpot's own authorization page, so there is no API key to hunt down.
3Approve access on HubSpot's page
Sign in to HubSpot if prompted and approve access for StefanBrain. Your password stays with HubSpot and is never shared with us.
4Ask your first question
Back in chat, try asking about your newest contacts, your open deals, or a recent marketing campaign.

What can StefanBrain read from HubSpot?
The connector covers the contacts, deals, and marketing campaigns you manage in HubSpot. Once connected, you can ask about that data in any chat, and answers come from your live account instead of a stale export.
Where do my credentials live?
HubSpot connects with OAuth, so there is no API key to copy or paste. You approve StefanBrain on HubSpot's hosted authorization page, and StefanBrain never sees your HubSpot password. Access lasts until you disconnect or revoke it.
Can StefanBrain change things in my HubSpot account?
Write actions are classified separately from reads across StefanBrain, and tool permissions let you require approval or block writes entirely. Nothing changes in your account without access you have explicitly granted.
I use HubSpot for both marketing and sales. Do I need two connections?
No. One connection covers the account you authorize, including the contacts, deals, and campaigns inside it. Ask marketing and sales questions in the same chat.
How is this different from the Salesforce connector?
They are separate connectors for separate CRMs, so connect the one that holds your customer data. Connecting both is fine; each appears as its own connection in Connectors.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke StefanBrain from your HubSpot account settings, which ends the authorization on HubSpot's side as well.
