SEO integration
Connect StefanBrain to Google Search Console
See how your site really performs in Google Search without leaving chat. Ask about queries, clicks, and indexing, and get answers from your own Search Console data.
What connecting Google Search Console unlocks
Search performance in plain English
Ask which queries and pages drive clicks and impressions over any window. Answers come from your real Search Console data, not a screenshot of a dashboard.
Indexing answers on demand
Check how Google is indexing the pages that matter before a launch. Catch pages that dropped out of the index while there is still time to react.
Copy grounded in real search language
Feed the queries people actually type into Copy Chief reviews, creative briefs, and landing page drafts. Write around demand you can see instead of keywords you guessed.
Organic context for CRO and media buying
CRO reviews and media planning can weigh what organic search already delivers. Know which pages earn search clicks before you decide where paid budget goes.
How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Google Search Console
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Google Search Console, and click Connect. Searching for gsc finds it too.
2Sign in with the right Google account
A Google authorization page opens. Use the account that has access to the Search Console properties you want StefanBrain to see.
3Approve access for StefanBrain
Review what is being requested and approve. StefanBrain never sees your Google password; access runs through Google's own authorization.
4Ask your first question
Try asking which queries drove the most clicks last month, or whether your newest landing page is indexed yet.
Good to know
- StefanBrain can only see properties the Google account you authorize can see. If a site is missing, reconnect with the account that has access to it.
- Search Console only has data for sites verified as properties. If your site is not set up in Search Console yet, do that on Google's side first.
Your credentials stay yours
- We never store your passwords
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Disconnect anytime
Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain read from Google Search Console?
The search performance and indexing data Search Console tracks for your verified properties. That means the queries, pages, clicks, and impressions behind your organic traffic, plus how Google is indexing your site.
How does authentication work?
Google Search Console connects with OAuth, so there is no API key to find or paste. You sign in on Google's own authorization page, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
Can StefanBrain change my site or my Search Console settings?
This connector is about reading your search data, and it never touches your website itself. Across StefanBrain, any action that changes data is classified as a write and gated by tool permissions you control.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes StefanBrain's access. You can also revoke StefanBrain from your Google account's third-party access settings, which cuts off the connection from Google's side.
How is this different from Google Analytics?
Search Console shows how your site performs in Google Search before the click: queries, impressions, and indexing. Google Analytics, a separate StefanBrain connector, covers what visitors do after they land. Connect both and ask about either side in the same chat.
