Email & SMS integration
Connect StefanBrain to Drip
Connect Drip's own MCP server and ask StefanBrain about your subscribers, campaigns, workflows, and email results. With write access on, StefanBrain can tag, update, and enroll people too, and it asks before each change.
What connecting Drip unlocks
Subscribers, tags, and segments
Look up people with their tags and custom fields, and browse your saved segments, without exporting a list.
Email results that explain themselves
Ask for sends, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and revenue on single-email campaigns and workflow emails, then compare them in chat.
Workflows and campaigns laid out
See each workflow's triggers and steps, your email series campaigns, forms, and conversion goals, so StefanBrain can spot what is missing.
Changes you ask for, checked first
With write access on, StefanBrain can tag or update people, enroll them in a workflow or campaign, and record events or orders. Each change asks before it runs.
How to connect
1Open Connectors and choose Drip
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Drip, and click Connect.
2Sign in to Drip
Drip opens in your browser. Log in with your Drip user, the same way you sign in to the Drip app.
3Pick the account and the access
Choose one Drip account or all of them. Turn on Read, and turn on Write as well if StefanBrain should make changes.
4Ask your first question
Try asking which of last month's campaigns had the best click rate, and what the winners had in common.
Good to know
- Every Drip tool asks before it runs for now, reads included. Drip doesn't publish its tool names, so StefanBrain can't sort reads from changes ahead of time.
- Drip's MCP can schedule or send a single-email campaign. That call asks first like every other, so check the approval before you allow it. Sending starts switched off only on Drip API.
- Drip trial accounts may need support@drip.com to turn on OAuth apps before sign-in works.
- Large batch changes and deleting a webhook take two steps in Drip. The first call describes the change, and the second one makes it.
- To put a StefanBrain email into Drip as a draft or send a test, connect Drip API as well. Drip's MCP doesn't list draft edits or test sends.
- No Drip connection can write workflow or email series emails. StefanBrain gives you that copy to paste into Drip.
Your credentials stay yours
- We never store your passwords
- Encrypted at rest and in transit
- Disconnect anytime
Frequently asked questions
What can StefanBrain do with Drip?
Read your subscribers, tags, custom fields, segments, campaigns, workflows, forms, goals, events, and email results. With Write on, it can also tag, update, and enroll people and record events or orders.
Do I need a Drip API key?
No. You sign in to Drip and approve access, and Drip's MCP server uses that sign-in. There is nothing to copy or paste.
Can I connect more than one Drip account?
Yes. Pick All accounts when Drip asks, or use Add Account on the Drip card in Connectors and pick another account.
How is this different from the Drip API connector?
Drip signs in to Drip's own MCP server for broad reads and everyday changes. Drip API uses your API token to put StefanBrain emails into Drip as drafts, send tests, and set audiences.
How do I disconnect?
One click in Connectors removes the connection from StefanBrain. To cut access on Drip's side too, check Authorized Applications in Drip under Settings, then User Settings.
