How to connect
1Generate an Appstle API key
In Appstle, open Settings, then API Key Management, and generate an API key. Appstle's integration guide walks through it if the screen looks unfamiliar.
2Open Connectors and choose Appstle
In StefanBrain, open Connectors, find Appstle, and click Connect.
3Paste the key in the Connect Appstle dialog
The dialog asks for a single field, your API key. Paste it and click Connect.
4Ask your first question
Try asking how many subscriptions are paused right now, or which contracts bill in the next seven days.
Good to know
- StefanBrain validates the key with a live Appstle API call before saving, so a bad paste fails immediately instead of breaking later.
- The connector's three read tools and four write tools are classified separately. Tool permissions can allow reads freely while requiring approval for writes.

Can StefanBrain cancel a subscription?
No. Cancellation is not one of this connector's tools. You can pause or skip from chat, but cancels stay in your Appstle admin.
Is my API key safe?
The key is encrypted in transit and at rest, and StefanBrain treats it as a sensitive credential. You stay in control of the key itself inside Appstle.
What happens when I disconnect?
One click in Connectors disconnects Appstle, and StefanBrain stops using your key. Reconnecting later just means pasting a key again.
